• Educational Evidence (if Applicable) Job Evidence
  • Pay slips for Last 03 Months
  • Employment Letter
  • NOC (No Objection Certificate)

For Businessman:

• N-T-N Copy
• Tax Return last 03 Years
• Business Letter Head
• Properties Documents / any supporting Documents (Optional)
• Chamber of commerce Certificate (Optional)
• Business Evidence

  • Tax returns
  • Chamber of commerce and Industry certificate (if applicable)
  • Business bank statement for 6 months with account maintenance letter
