1. Application for Visa (Duly completed and signed by the applicant).
2. Original Passport and Copy of its first 2 pages (Must be valid for more than 6 months at the time of travel).
3. Copy of CNIC / B Form.
4. latest passport (2X2) size photographs – White Background. 
5. At least 6 months latest Attested Bank Statement with closing minimum balance of Rs. 250,000 along with account maintenance letter.
6. Request Letter from applicant with clear description of propose of visit on company letter head or any other.
7. Copy of NTN and Chamber Of Commerce Certificate required (If Business man).
8. Confirmed Return Tickets.
9. Verified hotel reservation and fax notification from the hotel in question attesting to your stay in Egypt to the Embassy (attention: Consulate Section Fax # 2279552) COPY OF ALL DOCUMENTS.

11. Dengue Lab Test Report.
